Union Window Films – Dealer Guarantee Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Pre-Qualification
Pre-Qualification Requirements:
- Successfully pass our pre-qualification review
- Have an active Union Window Films website, or one we approve with our lead forms integrated
- Maintain a minimum advertising spend of $250 per week
- Have at least 300 searches per month for window film-related services within a 15-mile radius of your business location. This can be verified using Google’s Keyword Planner tool, which provides data on monthly search volumes in your city or area. Small towns or rural areas with fewer than 300 monthly searches may not be eligible for this guarantee, as search volumes below this threshold are extremely rare and insufficient to support consistent lead generation. Please check your local search volume prior to applying to ensure eligibility.
2. Marketing Process & Performance Evaluation
Weeks 0–4: Setup & Feed Discovery
- We set up your account and evaluate your current marketing feed.
- Data is collected and fed into our AI models to determine optimal bidding strategies.
Weeks 4–8: AI-Enhanced Optimization
- Our AI begins taking a more active role.
- Performance is tracked daily, and adjustments are made as needed.
Weeks 8–12: Collaborative Execution

- Weekly reports are provided to keep you updated on conversions and overall performance.
Important Note:
The guarantee is not evaluated on a week-by-week basis. We review performance after the full 12-week period, using weekly data to guide optimizations.
3. Guarantee, Metrics & Compensation
Performance Metrics:
- The guarantee is based on conversions, with an average tint job valued at $275.
- Lead generation performance is measured by total conversions over 12 weeks.
Our Guarantee:
- We commit to delivering an average of $2,000 per week in leads after the 12-week campaign.
- Final evaluation happens at the end of 12 weeks.
Compensation for Non-Achievement:
- If your results don’t meet the guarantee after 12 weeks, please contact our team.
- You’ll receive a one-time $1,000 coupon for window film purchases on our website.
- This coupon is not provided on a rolling basis and can be claimed only once.

Post-12-Week Review:
